1. Boil Chinese noodles in water 2,000 c.c. For 4 minutes until soft. Drain and pour 4,000 c.c. of cool water over them to make them reshape.
2. Put noodles in a wok and add desired mixture over them. Then stir fry many times.
(Idea : You can use Chinese noodles as raw egg noodles, Radnhar-noodles in sticky drown source with topping, Khaosoy- noodles in spicy curry))
