Preparation and Usage
Recipe: Roast Red Pork:
1. Prepare 1.2kg (2.6 lbs.) pork loin, cut into long pieces about 1 inch wide.
2. Dissolve contents of this packet with 1 cup (240 ml.) water, soak the pork in and mix evenly with the marinade. Marinate for 2-3 hours.
3. Place the cuts of marinated pork loin in a non-stick pan and cook on a low heat. Remember not to make the cuts overlapped. Cover for 5 minutes.
Turn the cuts over and cover for another 5 minutes.
4. Remove the lid and turn the cuts occasionally until done, having nice smell and colour. Transfer the cuts into a plate and serve.
