Preparation and Usage
1. Prepare foods for batter, drip dry.
2. Mix crispy flour with 3/4 cup (180cc.) of cold water.
3. Dip fresh foods into batter mix, fry in medium heated vegetable oil until golden brown.
(To keep food crisp longer, separate small portion of flour, roll fresh food into dry flour before dipping into batter mix).
