Preparation and Usage
1. Prepare meat or vegetable, water and batter mix.
2. Add 1 bag of Batter Mix (90g) into 100ml of cold water. Whisk into a smooth batter.
3. Dip your chosen food into the batter mix, coating the items evenly.
4. Deep fry in vegetable oil on medium heat until golden and crispy.
Keep in a dry place out of direct sunlight. For a more concentrated batter reduce water in batter mixture.
