(cut to pieces) 5 pieces (about 200g)
Diced potatoes 1 cup (about 100g)
Onions (cut to pieces) 1/2 cup (about 50g)
Roasted peanuts 1 tablespoon
1. Pour Massaman curry into a pot. Heat up on the stove to boil about 1 minutes.
2. Add chicken and simmer for 10 minutes (put the lid on pot)
3. Add potato , onions , peanut and simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Hot serve with cooked rice.
Serving suggestion :
Add vegetable or meat as you like it or add water for clear curry.
