Recipe: Shrimps in Chinese Clay Pot
1. Soak 100g green bean noodles, drain and cut into shorter threats then mix well with the contents of this packet.
2. Slice 100g back fat or chicken fat. Place at the bottom of Chinese clay pot. Alternatively, pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
3. Place green bean noodles on top of the fat, followed by 300g fresh shrimps.
4. Cover and place on stove-top at low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Suggested Use: This seasoning can be used with any seafoods
