Preparation and Usage
• Thawing Instructions : Place Salmon Steaks in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking or for ”Quick Thaw”, remove Salmon Steaks from bag and place under cold running water until completely thawed, approximately 2 minutes. Remove from packaging before cooking.
• Grilling Instructions : Place Salmon Steaks in a seafood basket and cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning at least once. Fish should flake with fork when done.
• Baking Instructions : Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cook Salmon Steaks for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once. Fish should flake with fork when done.
• Microwave Instructions : Place Salmon Steaks in a microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Fish should flake with fork when done. Let stand for one minute serving.
Keep frozen at -18 celcius or below.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
