Remove all packaging.
Place on a serving plate
Defrost thoroughly for approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours at room temperature or 3 1/2 - 4 hours in a refrigerator.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
Keep frozen at -18°C or cooler.
Important : If food has thawed , do not refreeze.
