1. Soak the rice vermicelli in normal water for 3 mins. Drain and set aside for about 5 mins before being use for further stir fry or desired cooking.
2. Place the rice vermicelli in a large bowl, cover with boiling water and let stand for 2 mins.
Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside before further stir fry or other desired cooking.
