Potatoes 89%, Sunflower Oil 7%, Seasoning 7%, Raising agent (INS450, INS500), Stabilizers (INS415)

1. Prepare Oil Temperature about 175˚C
2. Gently Drop the Potato in to the Oil.
3. Stirring, 3-5 min. Until French Fries turn Golden-Brown.
4. Shaking Potatoes to Drain Off Excess Oil, add Salt a Bit.
Storage
In deep freezer
- (-6˚C) for 1 week
- (-12˚C) for 1 month
- (-18˚C) for 24 months
Do not re-freezer once thawed
