Congee Cooking Instruction
Boiling Pot: Rinse rice with clean water and drain well before cook.
Ratio: For 1 cup of rice, add 18-20 cups of water.
- Boil on medium high heat for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, stir periodically to prevent burning.
- For more nutrient, add meat your choice, continue to cook for 10 minutes before turn off the heat.
- Can increase or decrease ratio of water to rice as preferred.
Keep in cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight and any chemicals. After opening keep in a dry and airtight container.
